POWDER COATING GUIDELINES Add an additional 30-40% to price if a second coat, clear or colored, is needed since a 2nd bake process would be required.
- Price guidelines are for stock solid colors.
- Special order colors will be priced slightly higher.
- Metallic powders will require a clear coat.
- Candies, translucents and dormat are all two-stage.

- Removal of previous layers of powder coating
- Outgassing of cast pieces
